Donnovan, as Vice President of Operations, is responsible for a collection of back-office functions including manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, quality management, and customer success. The Operations team ensures that Zephyr delivers outstanding experiences along the customers’ journey.

Donnovan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from the University of the West Indies (Mona), a Bachelor of Science (Information Systems) from Devry University, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University. He is also certified in PROSCI Change Management methodology. Prior to joining Zephyr, Donnovan held senior management roles at SMART Technologies and Nureva Inc.— both Calgary-based technology companies.
