Navigating through COVID-19

Zephyr Sleep Technologies, like all businesses, has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our company has taken a number of steps to ensure that we continue to provide the level of service you have come to expect from Zephyr. We understand that many dental practices in Canada and the US are responding to their local and regional recommendations and guidelines and are making adjustments to their services and availability.

Connected Program

In response to changes in our customer’s changing requirements, for the three months, beginning April 2020, Zephyr will be waiving monthly fees for the Connected Program. You will continue to receive all the services of the Connected Program including 24/7 technical support and access to our dedicated Customer Success Team, at no charge.


If you have promotional code for a MATRx plus system purchase or a discount towards consumables purchase, we will also extend the original expiry date by 90 days. This extension is applicable to all promotions or coupons received from Zephyr or one of our channel partners. If you’d like to confirm the new expiry date, please contact us.

Cleaning & Disinfection

We encourage dental practice teams to review their MATRx plus cleaning and disinfection instructions and if you have any questions or specific training needs, please contact us. Our cleaning and disinfection protocols have been rigorously tested in an independent lab (as part of our FDA and Health Canada approval process) and if completed properly, will provide for safe and effective re-use of the MATRx plus by your teams and patients.
