Sleep is an essential component of our lives and plays a vital role in both physical and mental health. Sleep awareness is rising, so is the prevalence of Sleep Disorders. Dentists can have an instrumental role in helping patients achieve a better quality of life, by recognizing and addressing sleep and airway disorders. However, Dental Sleep Medicine has been challenging in terms of predictability and workflow efficiency, resulting in many clinicians being reluctant to incorporate a Sleep & Airway program into their clinics. Today, these challenges can be addressed by implementing evidence-based & systematic clinical workflows, utilizing the available technologies in healthcare & dental industry; resulting in improved and predictable clinical outcomes, patient experience, quality of care and access to care. Learn how to improve the quality of care, help more patients and avoid “treatment failures” with a team-driven model.
